These lists are not up to date.
They were compiled to support the Superseded Revised Edition programme that finished in 2019 and to help understand the content of the Revised Edition for the years shown.
The lists show:
- the enactment number and name of the law
- the chapter number of the law, if it is in the Revised Edition for that year
- the chapter number it was incorporated into, if it amended another law
- if it has been repealed, the name of the law that repealed it
- if it was omitted from the revised edition under Schedule 1 or 2 of the
Law Revision (Jersey) Law 2003, for example private or temporary laws, laws that only repeal other laws, and laws that were spent before the start of the revised edition programme
The lists include details for:
- all Laws and Orders in Council enacted from the Code of 1771 until 2015
- all Regulations and Orders since 31.8.2004 (R&O.76/2004) until 2015
